Gluten and dairy free! This sauce is perfect to toss your wings in or throw over your stir fry!

Ingredients
4 tsp corn starch
1/2 tbsp water
4 tsp rice wine vinegar
1/2 cup corn syrup
1/3 cup white sugar
1/4 cup sriracha
1 tbsp gluten free soy sauce or soy sauce alternative
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp garlic oil
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
Directions
1) In a small pot (do not turn on heat yet) whisk water and corn starch together until fully combined.
2) Whisk in remaining ingredients until fully combined.
3) Place pot on burner and turn on medium-high until the ingredients are completely melted.
4) Take off heat and let sit for 5 minutes.
Tips for sauce use: Toss in fully cooked wings (bone in or boneless). Use in stir fry to give it a sweet zippy taste. Or use to dip egg rolls and wontons in.
