This bread pairs perfect with chili, soup or stew. This recipe is fast and easy.
1 package of Schar Ciabatta Bread
1 medium jalapeño
1 tbps garlic oil
1 cup Violife Cheddar Shreds
3 tbps vegan mayo
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Cut each ciabatta loaf in half and set aside.
Dice jalapeño and put in small bowl.
In the small bowl with diced jalapeños, add garlic, mayo and cheese. Mix well.
Evenly distribute the jalapeño mixture on top of the bread. Using a spoon or your hand press down on the mixture once on top of the bread.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Let cool for at least 5 minutes.
