Fire Smoke Sauce

This sauce can be used multiple ways. Toss in cooked meatballs, chicken wings or add while grilling a chicken breast. Give your stir fry or fried rice a heat kick and add this sauce!

This makes a decent sized batch and keeps well in the fridge. Reminder: this is spicy and you don't need to add a lot of sauce to taste it.

Ingredients

1/2 cup honey

1 cup sriracha

2 tbsp garlic oil

1 tbsp brown sugar

1/8 tsp black pepper

1/3 cup diced green onion (green parts only)

1/2 tsp smoked paprika

Directions

1) In a small pot add all the ingredients until fully combined. Heat on medium-low.

2) Cook for 15 minutes. Stir continuously so it does not burn. Turn heat down if it seems to be sticking or burning to the bottom of the pot.

3) Remove from heat and let sit for 10 minutes.
