Pesto

Gluten, dairy and garlic free. This recipe is quick and easy to do!

Ingredients

1 cup whole basil leaves

2 cups of spinach

1/4 cup olive oil

1/4 cup garlic infused oil

1 1/2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1/3 cup whole almonds

3/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup vegan mozzarella shreds


Directions

1) Add all ingredients into a blender

2) Blend until it forms a paste

4) Refrigerate for at least 1 hour

3) Enjoy!

Tips: Use on pasta, chicken, shrimp, crackers or bread.
