Pesto Pasta

Gluten, dairy and garlic free.

Serves 4-6


Pesto Ingredients

1 cup whole basil leaves

2 cups of spinach

1/4 cup olive oil

1/4 cup garlic infused oil

1 1/2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1/3 cup whole almonds

3/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup vegan mozzarella shreds


Pesto Directions

1) Add all ingredients into a blender

2) Blend until it forms a paste

4) Refrigerate for at least 1 hour

3) Enjoy!

Pasta Ingredients

1) 16 oz gluten free spaghetti pasta

2) 3 tablespoons vegan butter

2) 3 tablespoons vegan butter


Pasta Directions

1) Follow directions on back of pasta box.

2) Once pasta is cooked, drain water and melt butter in pasta.

3) Add 2 tablespoons of pesto to pasta and toss until pasta is fully coated in the pesto.


Tips: Add grilled shrimp or chicken.
