Shrimp Fajitas


Ingredients

1 package of uncooked, peeled divined, tail off shrimp (thawed)

2 red pepper

1 green pepper

1 jalapeño

1 bunch of green onion

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tbps garlic oil

1 tsp salt

1 tsp black pepper

2 tsp chili powder

1/2 tsp cumin

1/2 tsp smoked paprika

1 tbsp fresh lime juice

Directions

Preheat the oven to 400°F

Cut colors peppers and jalapeños into thing strips. Chop green onions. Pat the shrimp dry with paper towel. Measure out the spices.

Mix everything together on a baking sheet. Bake for 25 to 28 minutes. Flip shrimp and peppers half ways through baking.

To make a shrimp fajita salad like pictured above you will need butter lettuce, spring salad mix, black beans, individual cup Minute basmati rice and sauces of your choice. Or put into tortillas and enjoy that was as well!
