Herb Butter

Gluten and dairy free butter to keep and your fridge for multipurpose cooking needs.


Ingredients

1 cup plant-based butter

1 tablespoon Italian seasoning

1 teaspoon herbs de province

1 teaspoon onion powder

2 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon basil leaves

1 1/2 teaspoon dill

1 teaspoon ground sage powder


Directions

  1. Mix all the list of ingredients above thoroughly.

  2. Refrigerator overnight.

Tips: the spotter is great to have in the fridge for multi cooking purposes. Use for your choice of bread or for toasting your choice of bread. I like to cook rice the night before, melt the herb butter in a pan and toss the cold cooked rice in it for a side dish. Could also be used to add into pasta.
