I love fish! You will find a lot of fish recipes on this site. Tilapia is one of my favorite types of fish. This recipe makes the fish so tender its crazy! I used vegan ingredients so this recipe could be gluten-free and dairy free. Feel free to substitute ingredients to fit your diet.
Serves 2-4
Preptime 10 minutes
Cooking time 16 minutes
Total time 26 minutes
Ingredients
4 Tilapia Fillets ( thaw if you bought frozen)
1 1/2 tbsp Vegan Butter (softened)
1 1/2 tbsp Vegan Mayo
1 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
2 tsp Fresh Dill
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika
1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper (skip if you don't like spice)
Salt to taste (I use about 1/2 tsp Himalayan Sea Salt)
Directions
Preheat oven 375 degrees F
In a medium bowl mix all ingredients (minus fish fillets)
Spray baking sheet with cooking spray ( I like to line my baking sheet with aluminum foil for easier clean up)
Bake for 8 minutes
After baking the fillets for 8 minutes turn on the broiler and broil for an additional 8 minutes
