Gluten-free and dairy free. Great soup recipe that is easy on the stomach.
This recipe is healthy and easy on the stomach! With having a sensitive stomach sometimes I just need something that will ease the bloating and pain.

Cooking time 30-40 minutes
Serving size 4-6 people
Ingredients
1 lb ground turkey
2 cups carrots diced
1 medium zucchini diced
1 cup tomato diced
2 cups green onion chopped
32 oz chicken broth
1 (11.5 oz) can V8 tomato juice
1/2 tbs celery salt
1/2 tbs dried oregano
1/2 tbs dried basil
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
In a large pot brown the ground turkey. Once the ground turkey is brown drain the extra juice, put turkey in a bowl and set aside. In the same large pot you browned the ground turkey, add chicken broth, celery salt, oregano, basil, salt and pepper, carrots, zucchini, and tomato. Boil on medium-high for 10 minutes. Add onion spinach tomato juice and boil for an additional five minutes. Add ground turkey and simmer for
