I love hotdogs on the grill in the summer time! Having a sensitive stomach I can no longer enjoy grilled onions on my hotdogs. I have come up with a healthy and delish relish to enjoy on my hotdogs! This relish has a perfect little zip to add some spice to your hotdogs, brats or burgers!
Ingredients
1/2 tbsp garlic oil
1/2 tbsp canola oil
1tbsp yellow mustard
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1tsp chili powder
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp white pepper
1/2 cup red pepper
1/2 cup yellow pepper
1/2 cup orange pepper
1/2 cup kale
1/3 cup cauliflower
1 large jalapeño
1 cup green onion
Directions
(1) Dice the green onion, jalapeño, cauliflower, kale, red pepper, yellow pepper and orange pepper. Place all the chopped veggies in a medium bowl.
(2) In the bowl add garlic oil, canola oil, yellow mustard, paprika, cayenne pepper, chili powder, salt, black pepper and white pepper. Mix ingredients until the vegetables are fully coated.
(3) Tear off a long piece of aluminums foil and place the relish vegetable mixture in the middle. Fold up and wrap the mixture in the foil until completely sealed.
(4) Preheat your grill to 500° F
(5) Place the foil wrapped relish mixture in the middle of the grill. Grill for 10 minutes and then flip the foil wrap over. Grill for an additional 10 minutes.
(6) Enjoy!
