Prep time 10 minutes
1 pound frozen shredded hash browns
1/3 cup vegan butter
8 ounces kite Hill cream cheese (room temperature)
1/3 cup Vegan sour cream (room temperature)
1 tablespoon garlic oil
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon parsley flakes
2 cup cheddar shreds
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1) Preheat oven to 400°F.
2) In a large bowl mix cream cheese, sour cream, garlic oil, black pepper, parsley flakes, cheddar shreds, green onions, paprika, and almond milk.
3) Once fully combined add the frozen hash browns and fold into the creamy mixture until fully coated.
4) Grease a 9x13 in baking pan. Add hash brown mixture to pan. Pat down until even in the pan.
5) Bake for 60 minutes.
Tip:: For an extra twist on the party potatoes add 1 cup of your favorite salsa when making the creamy mixture.
